Hi guys/gals Since the beginning of December I haven't even touched a brush and barely done any modelling at all (two half assembled centurions), what with Christmas, work and social commitments, I haven't had the time or inclination to sit down and get stuff done. I'm hoping that in a couple of weeks time, things will settle down and I can get back in the swing of things. In the mean time here are a few bits I have done over the last couple of years that I haven't posted on the FB page. Chaos Space MarinesPlague Marines, I have 20 of these guys painted up and raring to go! Rhino Vindicator I have another Rhino, Nurgle Terminator squad, Bike squad, Heldrake, Daemon Prince, Nurgle Sorcerer, Defiler and Land Raider all sitting waiting to be finished but they were put on the back burner while I finish my Ultras. NecronsI also painted up a Necron battleforce for my son, when he showed an interest. I kept the scheme simple in the hope he would be able to copy it... but alas he showed no further interest, so at some point I may just finish myself a necron army... (sigh) And finally here is Pedro Kantor, I painted this because I love the model and because the Crimson fist have a place in my heart, as they were my first proper 40K army, way back in 198.....9 ish (feeling old )

Mat these look just amazing - your painting is so crisp - I didn't realise you had a CSM force squirrelled away somewhere. Have you taken to the field with them yet? What's up next on your painting table when you get the brush back in hand?

Cheers, I always loved the clean 2nd edition paint schemes. Unfortunately my CSM's aren't really a viable force at the mo, so not brought them out to play. Currently sitting in my 'waiting to be painted pile' are: Centurion squad Librarian on a bike 2 x Attack bikes Techmarine 10x Sternguard Stormraven Land Speeder Typhoon 10x Legion of the damned 2x Drop pods (these may languish for a long time) After that lot I have the rest of the CSM's and I also picked up an old IG battleforce (the one that came with a Leman russ) which is assembled and mostly primed but probably wont see the light of day for a very loooooong time.

Hey Matt I understand your pain my list of 'to do' is pretty daunting as well but I am trying to fly through my Orks & CSM to get to my own Power Armour Chapter one day.

A big part of my problem is I keep buying new kits before I finish what I have got! This is compounded by me getting ideas for different things while walking the dogs and then going home and buying the bits I might need.... I have a bit of a problem it seems.

Aye Matt I fall into that camp too that's why I'm trying so hard to not buy much until my painting is outstripping my buying. But then I just started painting some Trollbloods which is going to lead to more unpainted figs
